She is never seen outside of her full-body medical gauze from a burn incident. She appears immobile and unable to speak.
Significance[]
Barbara's severe injuries are the consequences of Ghost's unstable mind. Ghost might have seen Barbara as a threat, or she might have just committed the act out of insanity.
