The unnamed Toddler is a character in Ginger Snaps. He is a neighbor of the Fitzgeralds and appears in the first scene of the movie.
When the kid's mother raked leaves, he was playing in a sandbox and found the severed paw of their dog Baxterand got some of its blood on his face when playing. The mother would then find Baxter's mauled corpse in his dog house.
